Grant Lincoln Grant is a Senior at Villanova University majoring in Economics and Political Science while minoring in Mathematics. In addition to serving as Finance Director for PACD, Grant is the founder and President of Villanova College Democrats and an Executive Board member for Villanova Political Awareness Club. Originally from a small farm town outside of Erie, Pennsylvania, Grant has grown up across the wide range of communities this great state offers. His interest in politics began as young boy in 2000. While following the election results on his U.S.A. placemat, he furrowed his brow and said, “they’re cheating, mommy,” as Florida dragged through the night. During the fall of 2012, Grant’s political stances where honed when faced with the conservative majority of his Villanova classmates. Over the past year, he has been thrilled to work across all the avenues of political theatre: on a campaign with the Chuck Hadley State House Race, in a non-profit PAC with Philadelphia 3.0 to engage youth voters, and from business in Government Relations at Erie Insurance. After a full year for his Villanova University chapter of College Democrats including a trip to the Winter Summit in D.C. and earning Pennsylvanian Chapter of the Year, Grant eagerly looks forwards to the broad potential to fight for Democratic ideals through his role as Finance Director in PACD.

Nick Contarino Nick is a Sophomore at Lafayette College majoring in Government and Law with tentative plans to attend law school. In addition to serving as Membership director for PACD, Nick is the only freshman lawyer on Lafayette’s Mock Trial team. Born and raised in South Jersey, Nick’s interest in politics was prompted by his dad mercilessly making fun of George Bush from 2000-2008. However it is only recently that Nick decided to call himself a Democrat. For a long time he was disillusioned with the party system and refused to partake in party politics. Upon entering Lafayette College he decided that complaining is useless without action, and decided to involve himself in politics to attempt to make some positive change. With this in mind Nick is excited for the opportunity to be elected membership director and seeks to bring this positive change to Pennsylvania with his passion and dashing good looks.
